The room is offered furnished (cupboard, wardrobe, table, chair, curtains and a bed). Smoking (also in your own room), pets and musical instruments are not allowed. Rental price of the room is € 500,- a month, all exclusive. Total price all inclusive (utilities, internet, service charges) will be € 700,- a month. There is a 2 months deposit of € 1.000,-.
