Your Room
Your room is fully furnished and designed to provide a comfortable and practical living space. It includes a bed, desk, wardrobe, and other essential furniture, making it ideal for both studying and working from home.
You will share the kitchen and bathroom with one other housemate. We aim to create a pleasant living environment where everyone respects each other's privacy while keeping the shared areas clean and tidy. Good communication and mutual respect are important to ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone.

Shared Responsibility
We believe in shared responsibility when it comes to maintaining the property. Your room will be delivered clean and fully furnished, and we kindly ask you to take good care of both your private room and the shared facilities.
The cleaning: tenants are responsible for keeping the apartment in good condition.

Tenant Responsibilities
Keep your private room clean and tidy.
Wash and put away your own dishes after use.
Take out the rubbish regularly.
Keep the shared kitchen, bathroom, and other common areas clean after use.
Treat the furniture and inventory with care.

Rent Includes
Gas, water, and electricity
High-speed internet
Netflix (where available)
Municipal taxes (excluding resident taxes where applicable)

Additional Costs
One-time service fee: €150 for the entire stay.
The rent includes advance payments for gas, water, and electricity. As long as your usage remains within normal household consumption, no additional charges will apply. Excessive consumption may result in additional costs.
A €50 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of the tenancy.

Check-in and Check-out
The room is available per 03-08-2026. The key handover can be scheduled in consultation with our team. We will gladly help you arrange a convenient check-in time.

Contact the Landlord
If you are interested in booking the room, please send us a message. Before we can process your application, we kindly ask you to provide:
A copy of your passport.
Proof of income or, if applicable, the documents of your guarantor.

Registration and Local Taxes
If you choose to register at the property using our address, you will be considered a resident of the Netherlands. As a result, you may become responsible for certain municipal taxes that are not included in the rent, such as waste collection taxes. We recommend contacting the local municipality for more information.
Please also note that any mail or official correspondence sent to the registered address will be your responsibility.
