Your room:
Last year the room was renovated. The room comes with everything (all the equipment) that is needed in order to study. The room includes towels and bedding. There is a lock on the door, so you will be able to safely lock the door whenever you go out.

The apartment:
When you enter the apartment, you will be able to hang your coat in the hallway. On your left, you will find the restroom and bathroom. In here, washing and drying facilities are available for your use. When you walk straight-ahead, you will enter the kitchen, where all the kitchenware and equipment, such as an oven, microwave, large fridge and an induction hob, are intended for your use only. And after you have cooked, you can enjoy your meal in the living area while watching TV, which, of course, includes Netflix.

Location:
The apartment is situated in the neighborhood ‘Transwijk-zuid’, which offers many facilities. Right next to the apartment, there is a park where you are able to not only wander around, but also attend various organised events and activities. The apartment is situated in between two shopping malls, both of which contain supermarkets and Turkish greengrocery bazars and of course several retail stores. Also, the Ikea is just a few blocks away from the apartment.
The location is easily accessible by public transport, as it is only a 10minute bus ride away from Utrecht’s city center. You could also rapidly reach the center by bike/bicycle, but of course that remains your choice: the more expensive way or the authentic Dutch way.

Shared responsibility:
We have a shared responsibility regarding the residence’s maintenance. We deliver a clean room with all the furniture you need, therefore we expect you to handle this with care.

Finance:
The price includes: gas. Please be aware there will be a one-time hotel check-in fee of €250,- for the entire stay.
Check in/out date: as stated in the contract, the rental period starts either on the 1st day of the month or on the 15th (2nd half) of the month. This means that if you, for example, book a room for the 3rd of February onwards, your contract will start on the 1st of February. By all means, the tenant may move in on the starting date of the lease.
The monthly rental fee includes (fixed) advance payments for gas.
