A 8m2 room in a bright apartment in Lunetten. The apartment was renovated in 2023 so applied with a new kitchen, new bathroom and an energy-label A.We have a balcony from which you can see and hear nature and are in the sun. There are two supermarkets within 2 minutes walking. The Lunetten train station is also a 4 minute walk. You'll be in the city center with around a 10 minute bike ride. Also, there is free parking in front. The room is available from beginning of February 2025. Duration of at least 6 months, with the possibility of longer.Furthermore, the room is already furnished, but you're free to bring your own stuff and make it like home. We'll just talk about and see what works best. I built a closet in the hall right next to the room for extra storage.I'm actively improving the apartment with insulation, decoration and better furniture.The rent is €900 and is excluding €65 of electricity/water/gas. So total of €965/monthAlso, registration is possible.I prefer a a flatmate that regularly plays sports, is clean and has something going for him or her. Myself I box and go to the gym.
