Hallo,I am vacating my lovely flat for a 6-month internship abroad and am therefore subletting the apartment, so it comes fully furnished. I will vacate almost all of my belongings to make room so you can feel as at home here as I have over the past four years.The ApartmentThe place has a relatively large and south-west facing balcony, one bedroom which is also used as an office, a walk-in closet, a bathroom with shower, and a very spacious kitchen-dining-living room. It makes cooking with friends very enjoyable as everyone can be in the same space together. The kitchen has a dishwasher, two fridges, one freezer, a stove and microwave-oven. The BuildingThe apartment is at the end of the terrace building, so nobody living above it. Also, it is a first-floor apartment above the groundfloor storage rooms, but the building also has an elevator. We mostly have students and couples living here. The LocationWith a bus stop right at the next building, across from the University Gym and a 5-minute walk to Campus, the place is certainly ideal for students. However, the bus also takes you to Central Station in 2 stops or you can walk to Tilburg Universiteit Station and hop on a train. The forest is also only 10 minutes away. It is a calm and comfortable area to live in. I look forward to meeting you online or in person to show you my place after a first chat.
