We’re looking for someone who is TIDY, considerate, and either working or studying.The available room is on the second floor and is approximately 10 m². It’s spacious, well-ventilated, and gets plenty of natural light.The apartment is ideally located—just a 10-minute walk from Tilburg University and the university train station, and about 15 minutes from the city center, both in calm, pleasant areas. Bus stops are only a 5-minute walk away if you prefer public transport. You can also reach major supermarkets like Jumbo, AH, Aldi, and Westermarkt within a 5-minute walk. There’s also a secure shed for bike storage.The apartment includes a large, bright living room, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and gas stove.The rent is €656 per month, excluding utilities.
