It features a large window and a door leading to a private south-facing balcony (sun terrace), where you can easily set up a parasol and two lounge chairs. |The location is perfect: 10 minutes from the university and Fontys, 5 minutes from the train station and downtown. You’ll find Aldi and AH just around the corner. This is a clean and cozy house with a spacious kitchen-diner and a garden where we can barbecue in the summer. We eat together and sometimes do fun things together when it works out, but there are no obligations and no set weekly schedule.
