You rent a s cosy decorated room for your own on the first floor (10m2) completely furnished and equipped with a comfortable chair, closet desk and single bed with your own sink.
This property has a very modern approach, giving it a very fancy feeling. Its bright interiors give the space a wonderful ambiance.
There are 5 rooms in the house which are fully furnished. So you need nothing more than your personal belongings. The house is situated on the edge of the city centre. You can get there by bike in 10 minutes, and it is 15 minutes to the University. The house has a large shared bathroom and 2 toilets. There is also a communal kitchen, a pantry, and a large garden with a covered veranda.
The neighbourhood is calm and quiet. The area is highly residential, so the surroundings are perfect for relaxing strolls. Within walking distance you will be able to reach the bus stop, the supermarket,
