I’m looking for someone to take over my cozy room in Den Haag from 1 October - 31 December, with possibility of extension. The room has its own private balcony and comes with an external wardrobe/storage space. You will share the rest of the flat (bathroom, 2 toilets, spacious living room + kitchen) with Manuel and Alba, two young professionals who are always up for interesting dinner conversations or other activities but also enjoy a calm evening after work and like to keep the flat, especially the common spaces, clean. The flat is located 2 min to the dunes, 2 min to the park, 10 min to the city center and 15 min to the beach. The house also has an indoor bicycle parking.If you think this could fit for you, we’d be happy to hear from you. Please tell us a little bit about yourself and why you are looking for a room. I will preselect candidates and then we will invite some of you to meet Manuel and Alba.Some more key facts about the room: •⁠ ⁠You will get a sublet contract with Manuel, the main tenant•⁠ ⁠Monthly rent : 950€ = 820€ + 130€ (service cost) • Monthly electricity = 12 €, water = ~12 € and wifi = 13 €, if needed) Water & waste taxes = 68 € for 3 months •⁠ ⁠1 month rent payment in advance •⁠ ⁠1000€ deposit•⁠ ⁠The room will be unfurnished but there is a possibility that the bed may stay, if needed
