You have a few options:

Furnished by us – we furnish the place with brand-new furniture for €45 extra per month.

Furnish it yourself – also possible, and the terms are negotiable.

One thing to be aware of if you take the furnished option and move in on 1 September: the new furniture may not be fully assembled by that date. In that case we can either order it so it's ready for you to assemble yourself, or you can wait a short while until we arrange someone to assemble it for you.
