Nice colonial 1 bedroom studio-apartment in a luxury monumental building that was completely renovated in 2020. A neat neighborhood that is wanted by expats. The Theresiastraat shopping street is just around the corner. The Hague forest Central Park is on the corner, just five minute walk away. The beach of Scheveningen is 15 minutes with bike or public bus in font of the building. Public transportation at the door. Central Station 10 minutes walk and The Hague center 15 minutes walk. There are three exits to the highway within five minutes. Property is very centrally located and popular with expats.

Door with intercom, own bell and letterbox. Monumental covered stairs to the 2nd floor. Own door, hall with its own separate sleek bathroom and separate hanging toilet. Separate modern kitchen with fridge and washing machine. Own separate big living-sleep room with access to a big balcony with nice views.
Rental only all-in. Rental includes basic furniture: fridge, washing machine, microwave, big bed with matras (bed has storage closets both sides), closet for cloths, table (as showed in pictures/video). Personal stuff like kitchen gear , towels and sheets are not included because of hygienic reasons. Fixed charges for all utilities (no yearly settlement) : water, electricity, gas,heating,internet,wifi,tv-signal,monthly cleaning of stairs in the building). In the apartment there is own internet / wifi modem and Intercom for operating main door below.

Rent all-in: €1430 for one person (€995+€435 for furniture, utilities and stairs cleaning). With two person occupancy there is a charge of €50 (€1480).

- No student roommates allowed, only couples.
- You can register at city hall for maximum 2 persons.
- Rental contract for minimum 1 year (2 years or more preferable).
- Deposit is minimal €1500 (depends on income and guarantees)
- In case of guarantees: they have to work and live in The Netherlands.
- The cost of advertising will be charged to tenant for 50% (appr €325).
