I am moving and unfortunately I have to give up my beautiful room. Its 690 per month, with a one time deposit of 690 eur. You pay both only once you are here and have the key :)The room is huge (20-25 square meters) and has an amazing view of the Rotterdam Skyline, a nice little park, and a Tennis field. People are frequently playing, so you can watch some Tennis with your morning coffee hahaThe apartment is like a 7min. walk from Rotterdam Centraal. If you walk there, you walk through an amazing little park. Location is ideal I think, food, centraal, a little mall etc. are all very close by. Tram is a 1 and 3 min. walk away (Tram 4/8, Walenburgerweg / Eudokiaplein). I have been living with three guys, all of them are really kind, funny, and like to go out. We are all students, so the vibe is generally pretty chill and enjoyable. When we have time, we tend to cook together or watch a movie or go out etc. Thats us in a nutshell, if you have any questions let us know :)Take care and maybe see you soon! :D
