To confirm that you are serious about taking the room, I will therefore ask for payment of the rent corresponding to the period from the handover date until the end of October, calculated at €690 / 31 = €22.26 per day.2) LocationThe room is in the calm, clean and family-oriented neighbourhood of Blijdorp in Rotterdam, with a park right next door. It is probably the best neighbourhood in the city.Nearby:- Albert Heijn: 2 min walk (small) / 3 min by bike (large)- Dirk supermarket (large): 3 min by bike- Bike repair shop: 5 min walk- General practitioner: 3 min walk3) Transport- Rotterdam Centraal: around 5 min by bike- Blijdorp metro station: around 2 min walk4) HouseYou would be sharing the house with 2 friendly and respectful roommates.The kitchen includes a 4-burner stove, oven/microwave combination and dishwasher. All appliances and equipment in the house are working properly.
