Do you want to live in a beautiful house in a perfectly well located area and a quiet street?This is your chance!We are Marta and Sebi and we're looking for a new housemate for our house. We are from Barcelona (Marta) 31, working in the publishing industry, and very active (yoga, bouldering, etc) and from Germany (Sebi) 24, half working half studying Engineering, also loves cooking (he has Greek roots) and traveling every time he has an opportunity (and he makes it happen!).The room comes with all furniture, registration and ready to move in. It's on a second floor, so quiet.The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, small freezer, airfryer, toaster, rice cooker, and cuttlery, dishes and pots that we share (except if you want to use your own).It has two floors and in the upstairs floor there's two more rooms, and the new (1 year old) washing machine that works perfect with space where to hang your laundry. There is also a good functioning shower, with bright light and easily ventilated.The views from the windows give to the quiet street and to the indoors terraces from our neighbours. Usually quiet with the exception of some sunny parties in the summer. We also hang out with our downstairs neighbours - the apartment below us and the ground level apartment, where two guys and two girls respectively have been living for over a year and a half. We all have respectively our cooking and private spaces.Unfortunately there's no specific shared space, but we manage to still hang out, have dinner together, go to the park, and maybe go grocery shopping together when we step out to the Albert Heijn (supermarket) 7 min away walking.The location is still the best - 7min biking to Rotterdam Centraal, 7 min to the Oogstmarket (open air market on Saturdays), 10min biking to Kralingse Boos (the lake), 10min biking to the centre for gyms, hang outs, and all your other city needs.So if you want to be close to the centre but in a quieter area and close to parks as well, this is your place.Let me know if you have any other questions or would like to come for a visit!*We would prefer to have a girl, but if you are a clean respectful guy feel free to reach out!Best wishes and see you soon,Marta & Sebi
