Hey guys!My name is Zsombor, and I’ll be starting IBEB this September, along with my friend Barni, who’s starting IBA. We have successfully secured a beautiful three-bedroom apartment in Kralingen, just a 15-minute walk from the Erasmus University campus.The owner is a third-year IBA student who's going on an exchange semester to SSE in Stockholm, and that’s how we found it.The rental period is July 1st, 2026, to February 1st, 2027. This is set in stone contract-wise, though move-in dates are flexible, naturally.The apartment is 93 square meters, fully furnished, and recently renovated, with a large kitchen and bathroom, a separate toilet, and front and back balconies. The location itself is the biggest positive, since it is right in between the city centre and the Erasmus campus. And Kralingen is one of the safest and most desirable areas in Rotterdam.The room for the third tenant is on the first floor, and is about 10 square meters, with a bed, a cabinet for storage, and a desk.This would be a subletting contract between the two of us, and you as the subtenant.We’re pretty chill, laidback guys, looking for someone similar. Tidy, fun, reliable and responsible. Non-smokers preferred.The monthly rent is 1050€, everything included. This means utilities, wifi, furniture, etc...Shoot me a message if you have any questions!
