This boat is situated at the louis pregerkade at the Marina Rotterdam. So just 5 minutes walking to the coolsingel. We prefer to rent this boat to a working couple or single, but TWO students is also possibleThe rent is 1295 a month. THIS IS EXCLUSIVE!!!! Service costs for elektra, water gas internet and waste collection is 335 EURO a month So total is 1630, all inclusive. So no further costs, no taxes or soever..Registration is possible but not at the adress of the boat The boat has no adress, because it is in the Marina. BUT.... you can register at the gemeente rotterdam for an official briefadress.
