Everything is there, bed, furniture, so completely furnished. Only take your cloths and toothbrush. We prefer to rent it out to (foreign) students for a minimum of half year.You can move in 1st june 2026. This boat is permanently moored at the Marina Rotterdam. Location is very central, just 5 minutes walking to the coolsingel and next to the erasmus bridge. close to universityThe rent is 795 euro for this room/appartment.
