Cozy, spacious apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Perfect for one person or a couple. Our ideal tenant is tidy, respectful and someone who will take good care of the place.

Location: 5-10minute walk to the central station (trains, metro, trams) and a 15 minute walk to the city. The nearest tram stop is 3 min walk away. Plenty of parking space in front of the apartment (paid public street parking) and bicycle parking areas.

Nearby: supermarkets, pharmacy, metro & tram stops, plus cute cafés, restaurants and a food hall. Enjoy balcony views of the local tennis court and nature.

Included: TV, WiFi, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, kettle, towels, soap, shampoo, hairdryer, iron. Comfortable king-size bed!

Neighbourhood: Friendly neighbours, 10 min to a beautiful park "Vroesenpark", cute cafes around. A 5-10 minute walk to the new Foodhall where you can find amazing food (my favourites are the bakery, tacos and the sandwiches). This is also next to the shopping centre with Albert Heijn and Aldi (supermarkets), Kruidvat (convenience store) and a stationary store.

Note: The bedroom has blockout curtains, a makeup table and a large wardrobe and a couple of cabinets. No pets and no parties allowed (neighbours will be disturbed). No registration available. I have an office room that is not advertised here as it will remain closed and locked (used for storage while I am away).
