All necessary basic furniture available, as you can see in pictures. Including fridge and washing machine. Personal issues like sheets, blankets, towels, pillows, matras are not included for hygienic reasons.

Following rental conditions:
1. Only for rent including fixed charge for utilities and basic furniture (total all in €1205)
2. A surcharge of €75 applies for occupancy by 2 persons
3. Housing allowance is possible.
4. Habitation and registration possible for maximum 2 persons.
5. No roommates, only couples allowed in case of 2 persons
6. Minimum rental contract is 1 year with option to extend.
7. Deposit is minimum €2000, depends on income/risk tenant.
8. Part of advertising cost will be charged (€350, one time payment)
