this spacious and need appartment is perfect for 3 friends who want to enjoy the time of studying and city life in rotterdam.
It is located very central next to the "meent" and close to restaurants, shops, bars, public transport and "de markthal" also the university is close by. The apartment has 3 individual bedrooms (with a private desk, bed and wardrobe) one of those rooms is the attic which is very big. the kitchen, toilet and bathroom are shared. the big furnished living room gives access to the attic room by a fixed stairs. The apartment can be rented by three people a contract for these three people will be made so all of them can register at city hall. the gas electricity and internet is to be contracted and paid for by the (3) renters. (so not included in the price).
