The tram and bus stop are around the corner. All shops are open 7 days a week. Central Station is just 9 minutes by bike. And only 5 minutes by bike to the beautiful park Kralingse bos.Enjoy a comfortable stay with high speed internet. The room is fully furnished.Layout:- Central entrance- Private room of approximately 8m2 with a bed, closet, desk and chair.- Completely modern furnished- Shared kitchen with various built-in appliances- Shared bathroom with sink and toilet- The room has a lock.- The room is only available for non smoking tenant!!- Room is suitable for 1 person. - Extra cost for gas and electra will be charge €75. Included in the rent. You rent a room in a house where other people work. I work (remotely) at home.. It is not a student house where parties are organized. Your roommates are dedicated workers. There are some simple house rules, such as turning off lights when not in use, no drugs, no smoking and no pets.If you are a respectful tenant who understands the importance of respecting the house and your roommates as well as your roommates privacy and space, I would welcome you to my house.
