Furnished 22sqm studio, it is fully equipped and bright. The accommodation is fitted with a double bed, a comfy sofa, bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen. In the hallway a separate toilet is available which is shared with one other person. In the house there are in total six studios/private rooms. In addition to the facilities in the studio, there are shared spaces in the house. The following shared features are available in the house: kitchen with dishwasher and dining table and chairs on ground floor, bathroom with shower on ground floor, washing machine and dryer on 2nd floor. WIFI is also included.

This studio is for max. 1 person and registration is possible.

RENTAL PRICE
The rent is as following:
Rent: EUR 750
Advance payment of service charges: EUR 150
Total rent: EUR 900
Deposit: one month rent (EUR 750) which should be paid upfront.

Service charges include: utilities, internet (WIFI), monthly cleaning of shared spaces, building insurance, furniture and furnishings.

This property is located in Aegidiusstraat, Rotterdam, in Kralingen. This neighborhood is a buzzing student area With the main campus of Erasmus University located at the eastern border of the neighborhood, Kralingen is most popular with students. The area is gentrified and has both high and low-income families enjoying the local restaurants, bars, and shops. Students love this part of town, and with the city center only 15 minutes away by bike, tram or metro, accommodation prices aren’t too bad.
