The House:
This beautiful, nicely located house, has two separate units. Both unit 1 and unit 2 will be rented out including furniture and all needed appliances and equipment. The mentioned price is on an all-inclusive basis.
The house has three levels and a flower garden. The house is located in a small apartment complex. This listing concerns Unit 2.

Unit 1 has 3 spacious bedrooms (each with a multipurpose bed), a living room with an open kitchen, and a separate toilet and bathroom. The total living space is about 95m.

Unit 1 is equipped with a set of refrigerators, an induction cooking plate, an extractor hood, and a combi microwave. Furthermore, there is fast and steady WiFi and a 55" flat screen with satellite reception and IPTV available. The living room has a HEOS-7 network speaker. All tenant's bedrooms are also supplied with an adjustable (sitting-to-standing) desk, a 24" monitor to connect to their laptop, a 32" Android TV and a HEOS-3 network speaker, so watching your own series and listening to your own music is possible too. The bathroom has a shower, a washing machine, and a dryer.

The garden is accessible via the living room. You there will enjoy the space and the view over a small square.

Unit 1 has a natural stone paving downstairs. The bedrooms have vinyl flooring. Due to disturbance and hygiene issues pets are not allowed. A cleaning lady can be provided. This cleaning lady is to be paid extra.

Unit 2:
This unit is available and renting is possible for a longer time. The minimum term is 12 months.

City council registration is possible at this address.

Unit 2 is equipped with a refrigerator, an induction cooking plate, an extractor hood, and a combi microwave. Furthermore, there is fast and steady WiFi and a 55" flat screen Android TV, and IPTV is at an additional charge available. The living room has a HEOS streaming audio set and KEF Q100 speakers, so listening to your music is possible throughout the unit. The bathroom contains a shower, sink, and toilet. Lights throughout your unit are controlled by Philips Hue.

The other tenants:
The people in unit 1, like you, are all internationals. They either study, work, or both. If you like you can hang with them. But your unit has everything you need.

The neighborhood:
The house is located in a small apartment complex. The house has its entrance at the street level. Public parking in front of the house is free and widespread available.

Two minutes walking from the house is a local shopping center. There you will also find the metro which will take you in 7 minutes to Alexandrium shopping Mall and train station Alexander.

The Zevenhuizerplas, a recreational lake, is located 400 meters from the house. Access roads A12 and A20 and the Hoofdweg are close by.

The area is lively by day. But at night it's quiet and safe.
