Monthly rent: 720€, everything included (gas, water etc.)Deposit: 1040€Admin fee: 65€In the apartment is included private bathroom and kitchenette with a fridge. All furniture that you see in the picture is included, except for the mattress that I will be taking with me because I bought it for myself :))The city center is 20 minutes away by bike and the faculties in Randwyck are 30 minutes away (it also depends how fast you bike, it’s like this for me ).
