Hi,I'm searching for a roomate for the next year. The appartement is around 80qm2 and your potential new room will be around 16qm2. The place is furnitured, so you already have a bed and a wardrobe in the room. We will share the kitchen, the bathroom and the living room. we have one bathroom with just a toilet and a second one with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a second toilette. (All the things belong to the owner of the appartement).We will have to pay 1.100 Euros rent in total, there is the Internet included. On top of that, we have to pay for gas, electricity and water. The price therefore will depend on how much we use, so it can be different every month.From the appartement you can reacht the Centraal Station in 10 min by foot, the Universiteit Leiden is also only 10 min away (or only 5 if you have a bike). The grocery store is also only 5 min by bike.You can move in at any time now. Visiting the place is possible the whole week.
