The space
The studio (20m2) is surprisingly high (with a beautiful large skylight), in which we have built a sleeping loft. The bright green bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. The open kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal: nespresso machine, kettle, induction plate, refrigerator, microwave and basics such as oil, pepper and salt. The sleeping loft (with a 140x200cm bed) is accessible via an open staircase in the room. During the cold days in the Netherlands you can enjoy the underfloor heating in the living room. And on beautiful, sunny days, you just enjoy breakfast outside on the terrace (sun until 12 noon).

Guest access
The entrance to the house is around the corner, in an alley (Van Leeuwenhoekstraat). Paid parking is available right in front of our door, but you can park for free around the corner and further afield. Hilversum Central Station is an 8-minute walk away. From there Amsterdam is only 20 minutes away by train. There are 2 bicycles available.

Other things to note
Since the sleeping area has a limited height (you can't stand there), this location is less suitable for older people. An open, narrow staircase leads to the sleeping loft.
