Hello hello,We are Serge (22M) and Richard (22M). We are looking for someone to share this lovely home on Grachstraat with us, starting from September 1st with a maximum contract of one year. For the advertised room and use of shared facilities, we are asking for 760 euros a month, including g/w/e. The house is a two floor family home with one toilet, one bathroom (equipped with two sinks, a shower, an additional toilet, and a bath), kitchen, living room, backyard, a washing machine/refrigerator room, and three bedrooms. The room we are currently advertising is a 19m2 unfurnished bedroom on the second floor of the house.It also has a spare office adjacent to the room, as well as your own closet space. The room is next to the shower as well as the second bedroom. It is also street side facing. We invite anyone to respond to this ad.
