The room is part of a shared house with 5 other students and is available on a yearly contract starting July 1st, 2025. Registration is available.The house is well-equipped and includes:Washing machine,Dishwasher,Fridge/Freezer,Storage space,Outside courtyard,2 bathrooms including 1 shower,Covered bike storage,A cleaning person comes every two weeks to clean the shared spaces.The room is on the second floor and has a nice view of the street. It comes furnished with a single bed (wooden frame) and a mattress provided by the landlord.
