We have a nice room available in a studenthouse in Enschede.The room is 9m2 and the rent is 330EUR per month including utilities (G/W/E, internet 1Gb/s D+U, and a cleaning lady that comes weekly).Registration at the municipality is possible and permitable.The house has 3 toilets and 3 showers. lt also has a backyard with covered bicycle parking, and which is perfect for BBQ's as well. Next to that we have a nice kitchen with double cooking spots for you to experiment some international recipes and meals.We have a cleaning lady who is coming over weekly, to help with housekeeping.There are multiple supermarkets and restaurants nearby as well, and it is approx. 20-25 min bike ride away from the city center/ Saxion.Bus stop is 100 meters away and the train station is also within walking distance, so you can travel to the centre of Enschede in 5 minutes .We have a free parking place in front of the door.
