The room is furnished (bed etc.), including fridge and microwave, as well as a sink with hot and cold water and internet (WiFi + wired). Furthermore, the house contains a kitchen, bathroom, seperate toilet and garden, which are shared by 5 other international students and expats. The price is € 677eu per month INCLUDING an advance payment for gas, water and electricity. Registration is possible. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. No drugs allowed.
