Hello room-seekers!!A new room will become available in our cozy house in Hoefweg, from the 1st of July! This is a 8 month subrental until the end of February 2027.You are going to live with 3 master students and 1 PhDs from WUR! We are a Portuguese, Greek, Argentinian and German house and we like to spend time together and we also enjoy our spaces. The room is 14 m² and comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, two lamps, and bedside table and costs 400 €/pm. There’s a toilet and a toilet with shower to be shared among the 5 of us. We also have a well-equipped kitchen, laundry room, storage room and large balcony to enjoy sunny days! From our house it is about a 20-minute bike ride to the WUR and the Bongerd, a 1-minute walk to the CHE, a 5-minute bike ride to the supermarket and a 15-minute walk to Ede-Wageningen station.This is a Idealis building, so you need to be full time student, PhD or intern to be eligible. (Eligible institutions: Wageningen University, Christian University of Applied Sciences Ede, Aeres University of Applied Sciences Wageningen, Rhine IJssel, location Wageningen, Aeres MBO, Ede location; Dulon College, Ede.)
