🏡 Short-term Sublet in Amsterdam Oost (Zeeburgerdijk)

Hi everyone! 👋 I am renting out my lovely, fully furnished room for a short-term sublet this winter.

The Basics:

📅 Dates: December 10th – March 1st (~2.5 months)

💶 Rent: €1,000/month (WiFi & water included; gas & electricity excluded)

💰 Deposit: €300 for the whole period

📝 Registration: Not possible (ideal for someone needing a temporary base!)

The Room & Apartment:

🛏️ Your Room: 15m2 and fully furnished. Comes with a double bed, plenty of closet/drawer space, and a work-from-home setup (desk, chair, and screen).

🚽 Facilities: You will have your own private toilet! You only share the main washroom and shower with one other person.

🛋️ Common Areas: A big living room with a huge TV and a very well-equipped kitchen.

🏢 The Building: Located in a beautiful, quiet, and safe area. Includes elevators, secure indoor parking, and storage.

Location:

📍 Zeeburgerdijk, Amsterdam Oost.

🚋 Super well-connected by tram, metro, train, and bus.

🛒 Plenty of supermarkets right around the corner.

🚲 Only 15 minutes by bike to Centraal Station.

The Vibe:
You’ll be sharing the apartment with one female flatmate who speaks English and Italian. She works quite a bit and isn't home too often. We are looking for a working professional who is clean, respectful, and easygoing.
