The total apartment is 56 m².The location is excellent: about a 2 minute walk from Bilderdijkstraat and Kinkerstraat tram stops and 5 minutes from Overtoom. UvA Roeterseiland is around 15–20 minutes by bike. There is a variety of grocery options nearby, and the daily market and De Hallen are a 5 minute walk away.The space is generally calm and quiet, especially on weeknights. I'm looking for a person who enjoys an independent, relaxed household. This could be perfect for a graduate student, visiting researcher, or a professional looking for a gezellig home base in Amsterdam.Duration: Ideally around 9–12 months. Longer may be possible if it's a good fit.
