Public transport is only a few minutes walking with direct connections to the city centre (Tram 13). Subway Station (50 & 51) and Bus 18 (5min walk) near by. About your Housemates: You will share the apartment with me (working professional); my son (UVA student ) and two friendly small doggies. Being comfortable around dogs is essential. Rental Details & Conditions: The monthly rent is €800,- all-in. (includes gas, water, electricity, WiFi, city tax and service costs). €800,- deposit (fully refundable at the end of rental period).
