It is a quite quiet neighbourhood, very enjoyable.ABOUT THE APARTMENT:RENT: *820€ p/m (all incl.)* - Will increase every July according the lawUtilities included: Wifi(kpn) / Gas-Electricity(oxxio) / Water(waternet) / Washing-machine subscrption(splash). You will share the apartment with 3 other international/dutch roommates between 24-29y.o, ending their studies and/or working already. Odysseas, Helia and Iris.To be shared: - Kitchen- Living room- Bathroom- Toilet- Balcony- A shed (outside the house)The room comes furnished, so expect fees upon entering the room.
