Fully furnished one large luxury-bedroom near Lelylaan station, metro 50/51there is one bedroom in 3-bedroom newly furnished apartment available. It is near to Lelylaan train/metro station (walking for 8 mins) ; walking in 3 minutes to shopping centre Sierplein, where you can find supermarkets(Dirk and AH,etc) and lots of other shops. Wifi (100MB) is available in the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with applicants (oven, microwave, fridge, etc). There are plates, bowels, cups and other kitchen wares available. The rent is 1180 euro per month including utilities (g/e/w) and internet and other sharing cost. the room is fully furnished and the room has a bed 140*200cm, it has matress and matress topper, 3 door- dressing closet, and a single sofa, a desk and chair. bedsheet/two pillow/two blanket/curtains (used, but clean ones) will be provided and included in the rental price. if you need completed new ones, need to pay extra as purchasing price. the room is connected with balcony.
