The start date is fixed, and the room will be available for move-in from 25 August.Professionals and students are both welcome. You’ll be sharing the apartment with me. Single occupancy only — no couples. Costs• Rent: €1,295/month• Utilities: €165/month• Deposit: €1,300 (refundable after key return and apartment inspection)• Household supplies: shared cost for cleaning materials and common items (approximately €25/week)Rent will be prorated based on the number of days stayed.Minimum stay: 5 months (extension may be possible). Shorter stays can also be considered for a slight premium. Contract & PaymentA contract will be drafted. Upon signing, a partial upfront deposit of €400 is required to secure the room. The remaining deposit balance and first month’s rent are due on the move-in day.
