The apartment would suit someone with a stable work situation who can comfortably support the monthly costs, and who relishes the fitness opportunities of living on the 4th floor!Procedure for applying if this sounds like a good fit for you:-Please send a short introduction about yourself, including your work and income situation, intended length of stay, why you're moving, and any other information you might like to add.- A selection of applicants will be invited to visit the flat and meet the main tenant (aiming for Thursday 23rd or Saturday 25th April)- The chosen applicant will be asked to provide supporting documents (see below)- All being well, the successful applicant will be invited back to sign the contract and pay a partial deposit of €300- The remaining deposit of €840 plus September’s rent (€1140) are payable before 31st May (the deposit is refundable in full on leaving the accommodation in a good state)Required documents:- Copy of passport and any other documents for living/working in NL as appropriate (e.g. residency permit, visa)- History of rental accommodation for last 3 years and reason for leaving (references welcome)- Evidence of minimum monthly income of €2,900 net (last 3 wage slips or bank statements)- Evidence of ongoing employment, preferably for at least the next 12 months (employment contract)
