The apartment is modern spacious and bright, in a great location, close to the city center, public transport , shops and restaurants.This area has plenty of trees, space, water and light.There is great views on both sides of the apartment.The guest room is comfortable, there is a very large waterbed, a wall sized window/doors, and direct access to a large balcony It is well located at less than 15 minutes by bike from the central station.The apartment has a fully equiped kitchen, nice furniture, washing machine, internet, etcetera.I am Dutch, male 50+, I live here alone, sometimes my girlfriend stays here. We like to keep the place very clean.The room is temporary available for a single person. No guests accepted.Your profile:You are currently working or studying, organized, responsible, a good communicator, easygoing.As for now, the place is available for one month only,later, depending on my travel plans, perhaps another 8 weeks again.
