The official move to start the contract is January, but there is the possibility to move in during this month of December; the day can be discussed, and it can be as soon as possible.Rent is 1,237 monthly, excluding utilities.The apartment is very cozy and bright, with lots of windows and sunlight throughout the day. The common areas are spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing or hanging out.Overall, it has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a shower room, two terraces, and a storage room in the complex.It’s located on the 5th floor of a building in Amsterdam Zuid, about a 10-minute bike ride from Station Zuid, and just a 5-minute walk to the nearest tram and bus stop.You’d have a private room with a big window and a nice view. There is plenty of space for a bed, a desk, storage, and moving around. The previous tenant is selling his furniture, which is very handy, so you can move in with all necessities covered.
