I am subletting my flat in De Pijp from Dec 6 2025 until Jan 04 2026. The flat is located in one of the most sought after streets (Ruysdaelkade) in Pijp. The flat has amazing views of the canal from the living room and a underground car garage right on the doorsteps. There’s some of the best eateries and bars right on the doorstep and the famous Albert Cuyp market. The Museum Quarter is right across the canal. The flat is situated on 1st floor and has open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The one bedroom is separate with attached bathroom. There’s a working desk next to the window overlooking the canals which is great! Super fast wifi and a Sonos sound system.I am only looking for someone who can take the flat for the entire period mentioned above. The price for the entire period including bills is €1990 plus €500 deposit (if electricity and gas bill during the duration is more than €200 you will be responsible for covering the excess charges).
