I am a 45 year old professional with an outgoing personality who loves sport, salsa, food & wine - you would be sharing with me and my dog. I am looking for a dog lover (very important) who would like a furnished large bedroom (25 sqm) in a beautiful, typical Dutch style, very large (130sqm) high ceiling flat with front door street access. The rest of the flat would be shared (spare bedroom/office, good kitchen, large living room, large bathroom with bath and shower, downstairs toilet, south facing balcony). My dog is a rescue dog who needs someone calm who won't be out late every night or bring lots of guests round. The street is an iconic street in the upmarket Oud Zuid neighbourhood near Vondel Park and other green areas. There is a supermarket and really nice coffee place round the corner. Plenty of gyms very close by. You can cycle into the town centre in 15mins or walk. There are also a lot of tram and bus options nearby plus overland train stations such as Amsterdam Zuid. Schiphol airport is a 20mins bus ride away or 15mins Uber.PLEASE NOTE THE PRICE IS RENT ONLY, BILLS ON TOP AS PER BREAKDOWN PROVIDED ( the figure is less than 50% of what I am paying myself - the flat is a rental, I don't own it)Yes, registration is possible.
