It's a modern, furnished apartment that has been well maintained. It is fully equipped (kitchen supplies, dishwasher, bedding, washing machine, etc.) and decorated. Everything you need is there. We are looking for a reliable, serious tenants, a working person or couple, who will treat the apartment and belongings with care.The rental period is during Summer time with a minimum of 2 weeks, between July and mid-September. Exact dates can be discussed. This is ideal for people coming over to Amsterdam for a University Summer Course, to visit family, remote working or working abroad.More about the amazing location! The apartment is within walking distance of a canal, Amstel River (swimming possible!) and bubbling Beukenplein. The city centre is only a few minutes away by bike.
