The appartment is located on the Javaplein in the lively East Amsterdam (And close to the Science Park). On the Javaplein there are bars and restaurants. Also the trainstation Muiderpoort is not far away. To be clear registration is possible, even mandatory. It is not meant for a couple. After 6 monthe the rent will be increased from 737,70 to a higher amount, That is also why it is advertized now at a higher amount. So only tenants that are confortable to pay the higher amount will apply. To be clear the first 6 month the rent (incuding gass/electricity/water/internet) is 737,70. After 6 month it will be higher.
