Dear room-seekers,I am looking for a new roommate from the 15th of November.The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Noord. Right next to it there is a shopping center including Aldi, Action, Albert Heijn, a very cheap Turkish market and much more.The apartment is very big (120sqm), modern and includes a washing machine with dryer, a dishwasher, an oven, an air fryer and more. A cleaning lady is also coming every 2 weeks. The room available is about 24sqm and it’s furnished.Smoking is not allowed as the fire alarm calls the firefighters directly.A cat is also included! :)To tell a bit about myself I am from Italy and I am 28yo. I am really passionate about tech and I am currently finishing my master in mathematics.
