Amsterdam Zuidoost looking for two roommates [starting from Sept. 20 long stay preferred]Address: 1102 AV Fleerde, next to the Bijlmerplein, 4 minutes walk to the market, 6 minutes walk to the AH, 15 minutes walk to the Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA metro and train station, cinema and police station nearby, 18 minutes to the city centre by metro.Cost: 12m2 bedroom 800€/month, 9.4m2 bedroom 750€/month, with registrations, excluding water internet and electricity (around 50€). The service fee for the housing agency is 1.21 month rent (vary from how long the stay) + 2 months depsosit. The landlord sends a cleaning person once every two weeks for free and the roommates will cover the daily cleaning, so no cleaning for you.Amenities: washing machine, oven, two refrigerators, kitchenware, air fryer, rice cooker, steamer, underground storage and inside storage, bicycle parking, TV, projector, speaker, landlord will install a desk in each room.Requirements: landlord is strict about cleanliness and lives within 2 minutes walking distance, will not check the room but family member who do the cleaning would pay attention to it. No smoking, parties are allowed, gender is not limited, students only.Roommates: there is a couple living in the main bedroom, both are master students from UvA, the boy is Dutch who will be working soon, the girl is Chinese doing her master thesis. They quiet and clean, friendly to communicate, responsible for keeping a nice time living together. Most of the time they are busy with their study. They will grow flowers, vegetables and spices, in their spare time they will share the cooking and bakery.
