Spacious furnished 2-floor appartement with a terrace in the heart of Amsterdam, located on the waterfront.
We are looking for a couple to rent (and take care of) our house during our sabbatical.
The house is 120 m2 with 6 rooms, bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet, spread over two floors. Plus a small rooftop terrace.
The total house is furnished. 1 bedroom is furnished with a bed. 1 is used as open walk-in closet. (See the photo’s)
The rent is €2200 exclusive of utilities.
Located in the centre of Amsterdam between the Valkenburgerstraat and the Peperstraat. A lot of amenities are on walking distance such as the zoo 'Artis', Nationale Opera, Jodenbreestraat with multiple supermarkets, a lot of shops, restaurants and cafés. Also the lively Waterlooplein, several museums such as Nemo, the Scheepvaartsmuseum are also in the direct environment. Public transportation and Central Station are on walking distance.
