(We split by person)-Less than 10 minutes' walk to bus stops, tram station, supermarkets, drug stores, etc. -A passport copy is needed for security.-No sex, no party.-No smoking of any kind.-You'll have basic amenities, including bedding.-The room is on the middle floor of a 3-story house. It's next to another girl's room.-You'll share the house with 3 other roommates. We are clean, organized, friendly Japanese females in their mid-to-late 30s. We are active until 0:00 so it's not suitable for early birds.-We occasionally do dog-sitting.**We have a smaller room available, too.
