- Rent: Two months rent to be paid before move-in. The first month rent will be paid via HousingAnywhere. And the second month directly to the property manager, which will be settled with the last month's rent.
- It is mandatory to take a liability- and contents insurance when the property is furnished.
- Monthly contribution to municipal taxes: €17.00 p.m.

- A stay of 12 months is needed to complete your booking. In order to terminate your rental agreement with a valid reason, you will have to give us 1 month written notice, a fine could be involved before 6 months to compensate the owner of the property for your short stay. A stay longer than 12 months on the same address is not possible, at that time we can of course help you with a new room or studio when you have been a good tenant.
