This lovely studio is only available from August 1st- Sept 1st.

We have a very nice and cosy studio on the top floor of a 19th century building, renovated to a lovey place with a lot of comfort. There is your own bathroom with a shower, toilet, washing table and mirror cabinet, a small kitchen, equipped with a cooking plate, a microwave + oven, a sink with cold and hot water, pots and pans, coffee machine and water cooker.
A living room with a couch, a flat color TV, new double glass windows, wooden table with chairs, a good single bed, a wardrobe and an extra and big window, close to the bed for fresh air and extra light!
A private balcony is directly connected to the studio, it has a nice view and afternoon sun! An exterior table and chair are at your disposal.

Neighbourhood:
This studio is situated in a very nice and quiet neigbourhood named "Duinoord".
2 walking minutes to green areas, to enjoy and relax, see all the green surfaces on the photo.
5 walking minutes to the famous and luxurious shopping street "de Fred".
1-5 walking minutes to various tram and bus (nrs 11,16,21,24) stops.
10 bike minutes (2,7 km) to the sea.
10 bike minutes (2,7 km) to the city centre.
